The Portland Trailblazers and Toronto Raptors both had two players on the first team. Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge could be the cornerstone players who turn around the Blazers recent woes based on their excellent play this year. Andrea Bargnani and Jorge Garbosa proved they are solid this year in Toronto helping the Raptors make the playoffs this year. Congrats gentlemen and think of the possible All Rookie team next year with the likes of Greg Oden, Kevin Durant, Brandan Wright, Roy Hibbert, and so on.

Van Gundy Quits

Jeff Van Gundy said he can no longer take the stress of the sidelines in the NBA yesterday. A day after the Houston Rockets lost to the Utah Jazz in game seven at home Jeff Van Gundy said he was done as the head coach. Van Gundy is 430-318 in coaching stints in New York and Houston and has an overall record of a 44-44 in the postseason.
I can still remember Van Gundy riding Alonzo Mourning’s leg during a brawl many years ago in Madison Square Garden. What a WUSS!

My name is Sebastian Telfair and I am about to be let go from the Boston Celtics due to ridiculous accusations. I just got arrested last week for having a loaded gun in my car while driving 77 mph in a 45 mph zone with a suspended a license. I have been wrongly accused of things before since I arrived in the NBA. I was wrongly fined by my old team the Portland Trailblazers when they found a loaded gun in my pillowcase on the team’s private jet back in ’05. I don’t know why everyone is picking on me, but I wish they would stop hatin!
