I think it’s pretty safe to day Karl Dorrell is out like a Members Only jacket at the end of this year as the head coach of UCLA. Wanna know who is the next head coach for this potential PAC 10 powerhouse? Boise State’s current head coach Chris Petersen will be the new head coach in LA next year. Rumors are swirling already and we are going to run with this story as a done deal! Once Petersen takes over the Bruins the rest of the PAC 10 better pay attention because this guy is a ball coach. If he can take the Boise State Broncos into a BCS game and stun a Stoopes coached Sooners team then you should know he is for real. The only way this doesn’t go down is if Rick Neuheisel blows so much spoke at the AD of UCLA that he can’t see straight.

Georgia Tech covers -2.5 against Virginia Tech

Tony Romo has just inked the largest deal in Cowboy history with a six-year $67.5 million dollar deal. Romo has looked nice in the Cowboys 6-1 start, but isn’t this jumping the gun a little for Jerry Jones and the Boys? I personally think this is too early and too much, but his star power is undeniable. If Jerry would have locked this deal up at the beginning of the year like Romo’s agent wanted how much would he have saved? I think the number would have been at least $20 million!

Florida has owned the Georgia/Florida rivalry in recent years so Mark Richt decided to flip the script in this year’s battle. The entire Georgia team bumrushed the field after their first touchdown costing them two unsportsmanlike penalties, but a huge mental edge. Georgia went on to wallop the Gators 42-30. I don’t agree with Georgia’s antics, but it definitely gave the Bulldogs the edge in the World’s Largest Cocktail Party.
