For all of the Rodney Dangerfield fans I’m sure this flip by Joseph Addai will look very familiar to the notorious dive landed in ‘Back to School’. Impressive!!!

Philadelphia Eagles 75th Anniversary Jersey
The 1933 Philadelphia Eagles throwback jerseys will be unveiled this weekend against the Lions. The last time I checked the Eagles weren’t in California so I’m quite confused by these threads.
Falcons Sign the Crypt Keeper
The 47-year-old cadaver of Morten Andersen has risen from the dead and will be kicking again in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons signed Andersen yesterday to replace Matt Prater who missed two field goals against the Vikings this past Sunday. Below is the run down of Andersen’s career in the NFL.

Notre Dame Flopping Irish
Charlie Weisz and his 0-2 football team limped into ‘the Big House’ yesterday to face 0-2 Michigan. Michigan didn’t have senior quarterback Chad Henne, but running back Mike Hart was still confident and even guaranteed a win earlier in the week against Notre Dame. His guarantee came through and Michigan wiped the field with the Irish winning 38-0. The Irish and offensive guru Charlie Weisz could only muster 79 total yards on offense. 79 frickin yards??? I guess it makes sense considering Notre Dame has only mustered 345 total yards in three games for a putrid average of 115 yards a game. Horrendous…flat out!
BS Belichick/New England Patriots Justice Served
I ranted yesterday about the classless way Bill Belichick handled the fact he got caught cheating against the New York Jets this past weekend. Today Roger Goodell responded that no one will break the rules under his watch with his ruling on this situation. Belichick was fined $500k (I F’in love it) and the Patriots were fined $250k for taping the New York Jets sideline. While the $250k does nothing to the Patriots bank account the half a mizzil hits the wallet of Belichick who deserves the smackdown anyway. The Patriots will also lose a first round pick if they make the playoffs (highly likely) and a second and third round pick if they don’t. I’m personally done with this topic now because Goodell is the man and handled this situation properly.
