MLB Bet of the Day – June 7th, 2010

The Reds are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 home games and the Giants are 3-8 in the last 11 meetings against the Reds. Cueto versus Zito is a good pitching matchup, but the Reds will get it done. Good luck!

A-Rod Still Has It

Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz were seen out again this weekend at a New York restaurant having dinner with some friends. This can only mean Cameron isn’t just a wham-bam-thank-you-maam considering just a couple of weeks ago she was spotted leaving A-Rod’s love palace the morning after they were seen having a romantic dinner. In the whole scheme of things this really means nothing, but the Cam-Rod clock has started and it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

MLB Bet of the Day – June 2nd, 2010

San Francisco is 8-3 in their last 11 home games and they have Matt Cain on the mound tonight against the Rockies. The Rockies are hot, but we are going with San Fran. Good luck!

NBA Playoffs Bet of the Day – May 28th, 2010

The Celtics are banged up and if they don’t get it done tonight in Boston I think the Magic ultimately win. They have the seasoned veterans and the firepower to do it, but the Magic cover. Good luck!

Ben and Natalie Hit the Links

First off did anyone know that Ben Roethlisberger used to date LPGA hottie Natalie Gulbis? I sure as hell didn’t and it actually kind of pisses me off that Big Ben used to be with the #1 SU.com Sports Babe. Well, yesterday Ben and Natalie played a friendly round of golf at the Laurel Valley Golf Club in Pennsylvania which had to be a little like heaven on Earth to walk eighteen holes with such a knockout. I think this is a good time to drop a few ribs about the new shaft on Ben’s 8-iron, what actually happened on the turn, Natalie getting wet on 14, time to grip and rip it, make sure to pull back slow, and make sure to shout “get in the hole.”

Sharapova Interlude

Miss Maria advanced to the second round of the French Open after defeating qualifier Ksenia Pervak 6-3, 6-2 earlier today. Sharapova is ranked #12 in this year’s tournament and her best finish at Roland-Garros was the semifinals in 2007. Good luck Maria!

NBA Playoffs Bet of the Day – May 25th, 2010

Need another big Amare Stoudemire night coupled with a normal night for Kobe and Gasol. This one will be tight, but in the end they squeeze over. Good luck!
