The American men set a ground breaking record this year at the French Open. They collectively went 0-9 in the first round in turn making this the first time in the Open era an American couldn’t make the second round of the French Open. I know clay gives us fits and the days of Jim Courier, Andre Agassi and Michael Chang are long gone, but this is embarassing.
