Big congratulations in order for Indianapolis Colts head coach Tony Dungy on becoming the first afro-american NFL head coach to win the Super Bowl. I hope this can continue to break down barriers for coaching in the NFL and elsewhere because everyone deserves the same opportunity. Hat tip Tony Dungy!!!
