Ron Artest has been suspended for one game without pay after his forearm shot to Manu Ginobli in the blowout loss to San Antonio in game 1 this past Saturday. Artest popped Ginobli in the third quarter and was more than likely in retaliation to an earlier elbow Ginobli gave Artest that caused him to get three stitches.
