Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers practiced full speed yesterday for the first time in over twoo weeks. This is excellent news for all Panthers fans after the 0-2 start to the season basically because of the pathetic display of offense. Please “hamstring god” let Steve Smith play full speed this weekend.
