Thanks to eBaumnation.com the proverbial cat is out of the bag in respect to LeBron James getting dunked on at his own Skills Camp a couple of weeks ago. I guess Nike and King James didn’t confiscate all the footage that day because this video definitely shows Jordan Crawford getting all sorts of jiggy with it on LeBron James dome.

Forget Flutie Flakes
Terrell Owens is on one heck of a self-promotion spree these days even for someone as conceited as TO. We are all well aware Owens loves him some him, but he has really kicked it up a notch in the few months. The recently aired VH1 reality series “The T.O. Show” is just another notch in Owen’s belt, and now comes the news he has his own cereal. T.O.’s are made of honey toasted oats and they come in a collector’s box that features the prima donna on the cover. On the back of the box is a picture of TO in a Bills helmet pouring the cereal onto his face with the phrase, “Getchya popcorn ready.” Owens better hope he sells some cereal now because by the middle of the season when he is whining and giving Trent Edwards grief the fans will already be fed up. (no pun intended)

I like the Twins because they are 9-4 in their last 13 games as an underdog and I love the Rockies tonight against the Diamondbacks since they are 15-5 at home over their last 20 games. Straight cash homies!

Tony Romo Expert Cougar Hunter
It has only been a week or so since Cowboys fans hopes for a good season were lifted exponentially due to Tony Romo breaking things off with Jessica Simpson. I still think the reason the separation occurred was because Romo refused to have any part of the Ken and Barbie themed birthday party Simpson had scheduled the day after Romo called it quits. Either way it didn’t take long for Romo to move on because whispers out of Texas suggest Romo hooked up with 43 year-old “Blame It on Rio” actress Michelle Johnson the very next night after giving Jessica the boot. I think it might be safe to say Romo is a boob man whether they are real or store bought based on his selection of the female race.

Langston Wins In Amazing Fashion
This past Saturday was another steamy summer evening out at Orange County Speedway in Rougemont, North Carolina and there was a full list of races for all the spectators to enjoy. I personally arrived in time to see some of the final qualifying laps for the Late Model Stock series along with some U-Cars heats to get me in the mood for a good night at the track. Our favorite racer Keith “Sippi” Langston was third on the race agenda for the evening so he was gracious enough to take some time to come sit with me and some other fans before his Pure Stock race. Sippi came into the Pure Stock series that evening leading the point’s race with a laser focus to continue his winning ways. Langston had finished second in qualifying and drew fourth, but the starting position isn’t where races are won for Mississippi Motorsports. Langston as usual immediately shot out of the gates at the beginning of the race, but Tony Ivey wasn’t going to give up the lead easily. Langston and Ivey literally fought the entire 20 laps with the final few leading up to a one hell of a finish. Langston continuously ran extremely hard in turn 3 and 4 of the 3/8 mile track, but each time Ivey will somehow hold him off to maintain first place. Then on the final lap Sippi made one more tremendous charge before turn 3 and by turn 4 the two were neck and neck, but Langston was able to reach the finish line first before getting spun out by a disgusted Tony Ivey. The crowd went wild and the winning ways for Langston continued. The next race is at Orange County Speedway on August 18th so we highly recommend you put it on the calendar and plan to attend because it is a great outing to say the least.

The Cubbies are 10-4 in the last 14 meetings with Washington and I feel the trend will continue with Zambrano at the helm this evening. Take the Giants too because “the Freak” Tim Lincecum is pitching and after his disappointing outing in the All-Star game I think he is ready to mow down some Pirates batters.

So Long… Fairwell….
You better have some longshots in your Majors pools cuz Tiger Woods has missed the cut in a major for only the second time in his professional career.
Woods made two double bogeys on the way to a 4-over 74 today so he won’t be playing this weekend at the British Open after missing the cut by one stroke.
Woods tried to rally, making birdies on two of the last three holes, but a chip from the back of the green at No. 18 came up short and he settled for par.
I am sure many of you have Tom Watson, Kenichi Kuboya, Brandon Grace and Anthony Wall on your teams so all should be well with your pool selections.
Shaquille O’Neal’s Version of Beat It
It seems everywhere you turn these days you can’t help but hear someone reference the recently departed Michael Jackson. I guess this is what happens when we lose an icon, but for me personally it can get a bit old sometimes. Speaking of getting a bit old Shaquille “I need attention” O’Neal decided to perform his own rendition of the Michael Jackson hit Beat It. Check out the video to see Shaq ham it up like usual.

Taurasi faces 3 drunk-driving charges
Mercury star Diana Taurasi faces three drunken driving related charges, including extreme DUI, for a July 2 incident in which she also was cited for speeding.

Taurasi’s blood-alcohol level was 0.17 percent, or more than twice the Arizona legal limit of 0.08 percent. She almost exceeded the amount as points (22) she scored that night. Nice work Diana!
This is her third, YES I said third DUI, and in return the WNBA flexed their muscles and gave her a 2 game suspension today. I assure you she will not be behind the wheel of a car for about as long as Donte Stallworth.
By the way it’s Diana Taurasi Day against the San Antonio Silver Stars on August 1st and beer is only a buck so bring the kids!
