* Why do NFL teams continue to kick to Devin Hester? I thought Mike Shanahan is one of the most respected NFL coaches? Hester ran two punts back for touchdowns in the Bears come from behind victory against the Broncos. You punt to Hester then you set yourself up for a highlight clip…that’s it!

* Why does Arkansas hate Houston Nutt so bad? This guy has been rumored to get the boot for years now and today he did receive the pink slip they have been requesting! The Razorbacks went to the SEC Championship game last year and just beat #1 LSU this past week. What do these fans really expect?

* Good luck tonight Ricky Williams. It’s your first game back in close to two years and you are up against the #1 defense in the NFL. I would like to predict you don’t break off more than 50 yards because we all know the only reason you are back playing is because you owe the Dolphins over $8 million.

* Go Mizzou! You simply must beat the Oklahoma Sooners this Saturday in the Big 12 Championship because the Buckeyes don’t deserve to back door the BCS Championship game. The only team the F$%keyes beat all year is Michigan and we all know the Wolverines were a complete farce this year.

* Goodbye John Fox. The Carolina Panthers haven’t won a home game in over a year. Yesterday’s 31-6 debacle at home to the New Orleans Saints sealed the fate of John Fox being fired by end of year.

Ricky Williams was reinstated today by Roger Goodell. Look out!

Ricky Williams has applied for reinstatement to the NFL based on his agent Leigh Steinberg. Williams has particpated in only twelve games since the start of the 2004 season due to four different violations of the NFL drug policy. The league and Roger Goodell now have roughly 60 days to make a decision on whether they will reinstate Ricky to the NFL. Ricky is currently under contract with the Dolphins, but Coach Cameron has announced he will not comment at this time. We would like to predict if…and that is a big if…Goodell reinstates Williams the 0-4 Dolphins will keep Williams under contract. This running back hasn’t had much wear and tear in the last two years and with all his yoga classes he has to be in good shape.

The latest mishap in the life of Ricky Williams happened this weekend when he broke his arm in a game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Ricky better lay off the cannabis sativa over the next four to six weeks while he recovers or he could be way out of shape for a possible Grey Cup run with the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL.

I am going to start a rant here that I’m sure will piss some people off (specifically Canadiens) yet others will be in full agreement. I know there has been a FEW good players come out of the CFL, but it is really limited. Excuse the players I forget in the list of stars because the only ones I can remember are Warren Moon, Raghib “Rocket” Ismail and Doug Flutie. Is their lack of talent the sole reason they are willing to allow any and every thug suspended from the NFL? The two most recent ones are Ricky “Hot Yoga” Williams and Onterrio “Whizzenator” Smith. The Toronto Argonauts want Ricky a huge waste of talent and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers want Onterrio who has failed drug tests FOUR TIMES. This is the same league who has allowed other classic bums like R. Jay Soward and Bernard Williams because it’s the only way big names will play in Canada. Good luck Ricky and Onterrio…you will need it once the exchange rate drops your salary to something similar to mine.
