3 1/2 sacks last night against the Broncos. Very nice!
I’m sure by now most of you have heard Trent Green experienced yet another concussion yesterday afternoon against the Houston Texans. Green was attempting a block on defensive tackle Travis Johnson when he took a knee to the head knocking him out cold. Green laid motionless on the field while Travis Johnson decided to taunt him for what he felt was an illegal. Check out the video clip below and tell me Johnson isn’t a complete jackass for his actions.
On another note this could be the last time Trent Green plays in the NFL due to so many head traumas.
It seems Mario Williams likes to “make it rain” too. Check out this video clip where he throws cash in the air for people to grab.
I can’t imagine the Houston Texans would be too happy if they saw this video of Mario Williams driving like a maniac while back in Raleigh for the NC State Red White game. All I got to say is this is some crazy stuff and Mario your girl sounds more country than Dolly Parton.

The Atlanta Falcons traded their back-up quarterback Matt Schaub today to the Houston Texans today. The two teams will switch first-round picks this year and Houston will get Atlanta’s second round picks in ‘07 and ‘08. This shocks me because it basically states the Texans have given up on five-year vet David Carr. I understand Carr hasn’t gotten in done in Houston, but their offensive line couldn’t hold back some defenses in high school. Schaub is not nearly as mobile as Carr so this could be a train wreck in the making. I think Schaub has solid potential, but this doesn’t seem like the right place for him.
Vince Young of the Tennessee Titans runs away the offensive Rookie of the Year with Marques Colston and Maurice Jones-Drew tying for a very distant second place.

DeMeco Ryans of the Houston Texans blew away the competition for defensive Rookie of the Year. Ryans a linebacker from Alabama led the league in solo tackles with 126 and totaled 156 tackles on the year.

Rob Bironas of the Titans kicked a 60 yard field goal with seven seconds left to win a thriller in Nashville today against the Colts. It was the longest field goal in franchise history and tied for the third longest in NFL history. The Titans have now won five out of their last seven games and could continue to play spoiler as the season winds down. Vince Young and gang travel to Houston next weekend to take on the Texans.
