I am exactly 30 football minutes away from becoming a huge Baltimore Ravens fan. It is 10-10 at half and the Ravens have Brady looking a bit shaky. Can the Ravens shock the nation and break the Patriots perfect season on Monday Night Football??

Green Bay covers -1 at Minnesota
Cleveland covers +4 against Baltimore
Overall Record:
NFL 23-12-2
College Football: 20-21
MLB 1-0
College Basketball 48-37-2
NBA 6-4

Chad Johnson has promised to ‘bring his sexy back’ this year and he had an opporunity early on in the Monday Night Football game against the Ravens last night to strut his stuff. Carson Palmer threw a 39-yard bomb to Ocho Cinco leading to CJ walking to the sidelines and puttin on a coat that mimics the ones Hall of Famers wear. I love Johnson’s antics, but I thought with all the hype this was a bit of a let down. Agree?

Willis McGahee has been traded from Buffalo to the Ravens today for a third and seventh round pick this year along with a third round pick next year. Shortly after the trade McGahee signed a seven year deal that could be worth over $40 million. I think the Ravens have made a great acquisition because McGahee is a player who could really push them to the Super Bowl this coming year. The Bills however are going to stink worse than they did this past year after trading Willis. Does anyone else think Buffalo is a bunch of cheap skates?
SportsUnderground.com’s Dumb A$$ of the Week Award

This week our award goes to the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens all last week ran their mouth and acted as if defeating the Colts would be as easy as shacking up with Paris Hilton. The problem was the Ravens actually had to play with something other than their big mouths and the Colts ultimately dominated the Ravens 15-6. Please note, if you are going to talk trash all week and flaunt your stuff it would be a good idea to score more than 6 points in the actual game. Morons!
Steve McNair should be able to put his recent nightmares with the Titans behind him pending a final physical. McNair was traded from the Tennessee Titans to the Baltimore Ravens today. As we have discussed here at the Underground before, I can only hope McNair passes this physical and gets the hell out of Nashville. The Titans have shown this true warrior no respect recently and McNair deserves to go out on his own terms. This could also bode really well for the Ravens who need someone to replace the dreadful Kyle Boller.
