Now comes the news that Benny the Bull the mascot of the Chicago Bulls is being sued for a high-five at a game on February 12th that went awry. Barry Anderson who portrays the mascot allegedly was “falling forward while grabbing a fan’s hand” and “running out of control” through the crowd. The problem lies when Benny gave Dr. Don Kalant Sr. a high-five it ruptured Kalant’s biceps. This could cause Kalnt to miss four months of work thus the lawsuit. It becomes more and more apparent that you do not want to be a mascot these days.
