Perrilloux Suspended Again

Ryan Perrilloux

Ryan Perrilloux the heir apparent to be the starting quarterback for the LSU Tigers has been suspended indefinitely by the LSU Tigers. This makes the third time now he has been suspended and he is only a rising junior. Spring practice starts for LSU on February 29th and at this time it isn’t known if Perrilloux will be allowed to practice. This could be a pretty big blow to the BCS Champions if this suspension extends into next season.

Gerald Green Makes A Wish

If you haven’t seen Gerald Green’s dunk from the NBA Slam Dunk contest this past weekend then you are in for a treat. Gerald Green literally places a cupcake on top of the rim and blows it out while dunking the ball through the rim. Keep in mind his face must be equal to the rim to blow out the candle. Check out the video clip of Gerald Green blowing out the cupcake. Awesome!

Dead Man Walking

Kelvin Sampson

Kelvin Sampson’s days as head coach of Indiana basketball are numbered due to NCAA recruiting violations. This buffoon decided to break the same NCAA rules he previously broke while head coach of the Oklahoma Sooners. Sampson made over 100 illegal phone calls to recruits while he was still under restrictions from the 500 or so illegal calls he made while at Oklahoma. I have to admit I’m very shocked Sampson hasn’t already received the boot by Indiana, but it’s only a matter of time. I can imagine Indiana fans won’t stand for a frickin cheater standing on the sidelines representing their University.

On a side note, there appears to be a ground swell of supporters calling for Bobby Knight to return as head coach. What??? This has to be a few old boosters trying to revive the past, but it won’t work guys. He can’t recruit anymore and in all reality isn’t that good of a coach these days. Indiana must come to the realization that Sampson does need to be fired, but then you start fresh rather than bringing back the General.

Clemens Congressional Hearing Behind the Scenes

“Man I’m good…I think everyone believes my convoluted, baffling, complex, confused, elaborate, impenetrable, intricate, involved, labyrinthine, perplexing, puzzling, serpentine, tangled, tortuous story. Heck I even I had some of the Congressmen asking me about the Hall of Fame today.”

Sir Charles Rolls the Chingy

Charles Barkley

$400,000 is what Charles Barkley lost on Super Bowl bets and yes it was all due to the Patriots loss. I like the confidence and the coconuts Chuck, but that is a solid ding to the bank account my friend. Good luck on March Madness. 🙂

Clemens vs McNamee The Final Chapter?

Roger Clemens

Tomorrow brings a Congressional hearing that now revolves around these two delinquents when it was supposed to be more of a follow up to the Mitchell Report as a whole. The media circus that now engulfs Brian “Syringe Stockpiler” McNamee against Roger “I eat steroids for breakfast” Clemens will come to a climax in the morning. Chuck Knoblauch nor Andy Pettite and even Kirk “American Steroids Gangster” will be attending this hearing after previously being scheduled so that only leaves Clemens and McNamee. I truly hope something comes out of the hearing, but I think there is actually a better chance of peace in the Middle East in the near future rather than finalization of this fiasco. The thing that frustrates me the most is that Clemens is the one lying, but can his lobbying and conniving pull through?

Richard Zednik Slices His Neck in NHL Game

Richard Zednik of the Florida Panthers is very lucky to be alive after his carotid artery was cut by his teammate’s skate last night in a game against the Buffalo Sabres. The video clip shows how this freak hockey accident happened and how quickly officials had to react to save Zednik’s life.

Martial Art Football

This is a very interesting video on martial art football. I have to admit I haven’t even heard of this sport before yet after watching the video I find myself wanting to see more footage and learn more about the sport as a whole. Check it out!
